Reverse the throw.

In this clip, the throw in is taken some 11/12 yards away from where the ball left the field of play.

Referees are encouraged to engage with the throw in takers before the throw in is taken to ensure that the throw in is taken from the correct mark (Within a couple of yards) which would prevent the need to intervene once the ball is in play.

t is noted however the impressive levels of fitness from this referee to get up with play once it is played up field and shows the importance of following the training plans provided in the fitness and nutrition section.
